Austenitic nickel-chromium and molybdenum alloy are combined to create Hastelloy C22 Bolts. The Hastelloy C22 Bolt is made with remarkable resistance to corrosion and outstanding durability. These bolts can withstand high temperatures and pressures and have good wear resistance. Excellent mechanical characteristics are a feature of the Hastelloy C22 material. They have minimum yield strength of 45ksi and tensile strength of at least 100ksi. In addition, they are simple to manufacture and to weld. They are extensively utilised in chemical processing, pulp and paper processing, waste disposal, pollution management, and maritime sectors, among other applications. A flexible class, UNS N06022 Eye Bolt are made of an alloy of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and tungsten. These are made with the intention of providing improved resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and crevice corrosion cracking. Since it contains more chromium, it offers superior resistance to oxidising agents. Molybdenum and tungsten included in the material offer good resistance to reducing media. It has outstanding resistance to oxidising aqueous conditions thanks to its nickel concentration. These bolts also work well in settings with acetic, formic, and moist chlorine.

Their requirement for highly corrosive components, such as DIN 2.4602 Hex Bolt, lowers the price of replacing basic parts. Steel parts might often rust easily, and replacement would be expensive. Hastelloy twisted rod also shows strong decay resistance in environments containing bleach and fluorine ions.
