Due to the head’s geometric design and high torque capability, the Nickel Alloy 200 Stud Bolt is one of the most often used fasteners. As a leading provider, we manufacture various sizes, specifications, and types of fasteners, including Nickel Alloy Threaded Rods. We specialize in distributing high-torque threaded rods and various types, sizes, and scales of fasteners. Our threaded rods are comprised of the highest quality nickel alloy and are exceptionally durable. Our products are utilized in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, and engineering.
Some applications, such as those involving food preparation and chemical processing, are more significant than the cost of the fasteners. We are a prominent provider, and one of the products that we manufacture is the UNS N02200 Full Threaded Rod.
About Nickel Alloy 200 Stud Bolt
ASTM B160 Nickel 200 Full Threaded Stud Bolt, Nickel Alloy 200 Tap End Threaded Rod, UNS N02200 Double End Stud Bolt With Reduced Shank, Nickel Alloy 200 Bonding Stud Bolt, Nickel 200 Flange Stud Bolt.
The Din 2.4066 Half Threaded Stud Bolt is a type of threaded rod that is made out of a nickel-based alloy. This alloy is strong enough to support a lot of weight, but it is also lightweight enough that it is easy to handle. This makes it a good option for use in a variety of applications.
Alloy 200 Bonding Stud Bolts are also known as Nitriding Rods. These rods are the result of a process called nitriding. During this process, the surface of the metal is exposed to a special gas (called nitrogen) and then heated. The heat causes the metal to react with the nitrogen gas and form a layer of nickel-based alloy on the surface of the rod. This layer is extremely hard and strong. It can be so hard that it can withstand temperatures up to 1,000 degrees Celsius without breaking down.
